Crater Trail: Arusha/
Ngorongoro / Serengeti / Manyara / Zanzibar : 12 days

Day 1:
Depart London heathrow with an evening flight to Kilimanjaro Via
Nairobi. You will be transfered to The Impala hotel where you
will spend a day at leisure.

Day 2: Depart from Arusha after lunch and drive to Ngorongoro conservation area. Home of the crater that has the largest unbroken caldera in the world. A fantastic place to view the willdlife and birds. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.
Day 3:
Breakfast at the Lodge followed by a half-day crater tour where you
can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife, including the big
five. Drive across the dense forest; near the soda lake, enjoy
viewing a variety of bird-life. Ascend to the lodge from the 2000ft-deep crater.
After lunch, depart for Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at the
lodge.
Day 4: After breakfast, game drive to Serengeti National Park; here can be found the largest concentration of plains animals: 4 million, and 500 species of birds. Next is a chance to see predators chasing their prey and maybe even enjoying the spoils of a kill. Lunch at the Lodge (or a picnic lunch on the way). After lunch depart for Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at Kirurumu tented camp.
Day
5: After breakfast, game drive
in Lake Manyara National Park which is famous for its tree-climbing
lions. Here you can see a variety of habitats and diverse animals
and birds. Witness the large flock of flamingos descending on Lake
Manyara then depart for Arusha arriving in time for lunch then
transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar where you will
spend the next 5 nights at
the Ocean Paradise or Sunset Bay hotel enjoying
the tranquillity and the hospitallity of Zanzibar.

Day 10: Transfer to the airport for your connecting flight back to the UK
